Camera reviews tell you whether a body is good. They rarely tell you whether the lens you already own — or the one you’re about to buy — will autofocus properly on it, whether a firmware update actually fixes anything, or whether a third-party adapter is worth the money. That’s the gap this library fills.

Every entry here comes from gear we bought and shoot with ourselves: Nikon Z-mount, Panasonic L-mount and Micro Four Thirds, and Fujifilm X-mount. We don’t cover Sony — see why — and we don’t repeat manufacturer spec sheets as compatibility claims. If we say a lens works, we’ve mounted it.

Compatibility follows the mount, not the brand

A Panasonic L-mount lens doesn’t care about a Micro Four Thirds body, and a Z-mount lens won’t touch an F-mount adapter without help. Find your camera’s actual lens family below — each group links to full compatibility entries as they go live.

Every 1–2 months, or sooner if a brand ships a firmware update that changes autofocus, video specs, or lens support for a camera already in the library.
